Feeling the love of God while taking care of others’ needs

I love our ministering program; it’s been a great source of strength during these past few months. In February 2024, I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Oh, how I have felt the love of my brothers and sisters in this time of need. They have been my support during my spiritual and physical needs. If it weren’t for them, I definitely don’t think I would have made it this far.

I am grateful to have wonderful women in my branch who do the best they can to watch over other sisters. Ministering, in my view, is like our lifeline. A way to show love to one another. I know our Heavenly Father loves us and wants us to return to live with Him, I know Jesus Christ lives; President Nelson is a Prophet of God, he was called to be His voice here on earth in this time when love is absent.
