Never Lonely, Because of Him

There are a few other youth in my ward, but none of them go to my school. Because of that, I was really lonely in seventh grade. I felt like I was growing apart from my current friends and not making many new ones. So I prayed a lot and turned to scripture study.

I found a story where Jesus Christ was ridiculed and cast out (see Luke 4:16–30). Stories like that taught me that He has experienced what I went through, and that helped me a lot. Because of Him, I’m not alone.

Jesus Christ is my Savior. He is my confidant. I can always turn to Him and Heavenly Father. And I know that They are there no matter how far I feel from everyone else.
