Old Testament Math

There’s lots to learn from Old Testament stories—including some interesting numerical facts. Search your Bible to solve the puzzle and find out how long Noah lived on earth.

Hint: In the Bible, “score” means 20 years. So twoscore = 40, threescore = 60, and so on.

  1. Years Abraham lived (see Genesis 25:7)

  2. Age of Sarah when she learned she would have a baby (see Genesis 17:17)

  3. Years Isaac lived (see Genesis 35:28)

  4. Age of Joseph when he stood before the king of Egypt (see Genesis 41:46)

  5. A + B + C + D =

Years Noah lived = E x 2

Spot the Difference: Noah’s Ark

God commanded Noah to build an ark (see Genesis 6; 7; 8). Find 10 differences between the two images.
