Taipei 101 is the tallest building in Taiwan. It has a really fast elevator that takes only 37 seconds to go from the 5th floor to the 89th.
Many Mountains
More than half of Taiwan is covered in mountains. There are also several volcanoes, but they haven’t erupted for hundreds of years.
Beautiful Rainbow
The world’s longest-lasting rainbow happened in Taiwan. People could see it for almost nine hours!
Sky Lantern Celebration
Taiwan’s Lantern Festival is a symbol of hope, joy, and unity. During this large festival, people make lanterns and send them into the sky.
