Who Do I Work With?

Coordinating Council FSY Representative

  • This leader provides instructions from Church headquarters on youth registration, FSY field staff recruitment, and more. Contact them with questions you may have about FSY (see Coordinating Council FSY Representative).

Stake Presidency

  • Together, use youth unit reports to monitor registration and intervene when necessary to increase registration percentages. Collaborate with them as they support ward and stake youth leadership committees in promoting and enhancing the FSY experience (see Stake Presidency).

Stake FSY Representative

  • While not required, a stake FSY representative can be invaluable. Counsel with your stake presidency if you wish to call one. Delegate tasks to them, ensuring they work under your direction (see Stake FSY Representative).

Stake Disability Specialist

  • Though optional, a stake disability specialist can greatly support youth and parents with disabilities. Ensure they collaborate with ward disability specialists or FSY representatives to assist with registration and accommodations for FSY. Work together on travel arrangements and accommodations for stake activities (see Stake Disability Specialist).

Ward FSY Representative

  • Work closely with these leaders as they oversee youth registration and support YSA field staff recruitment. Address any logistical, registration, or policy questions they have. If no ward disability specialist is appointed, they will assume those responsibilities (see Ward FSY Representative).

Ward Disability Specialist

  • Optional but valuable, a ward disability specialist supports youth and parents with disabilities. If no stake disability specialist is appointed, ensure ward disability specialists understand their duties.
