Timeline of Responsibilities
October through May: Youth Registration
- Encourage unregistered or less active youth to preregister and register for your stake’s assigned FSY sessions.
April: Plan Pre-FSY Activity
- Assist stake leaders in planning and executing a stake pre-FSY activity to build enthusiasm.
Following FSY: Plan Post-FSY Activity
- Help plan and execute a stake post-FSY activity.
Who Do I Work With?
Stake Young Men and Young Women Presidencies
- Assist in planning stake FSY activities before and after your session, as well as help with registration, transportation, and other needs.
Stake FSY Representative
- Take guidance on how to plan the pre- and post-FSY activities, support your ward, and encourage unregistered and less active youth to register (see
Stake Young Women and Stake Young Men Presidents ).
Young Men Quorums and Young Women Class Presidencies
- Encourage them to invite less active or unregistered peers. Support their efforts in planning mutual activities are FSY centered before and after their sessions (see

Ward and Stake FSY Representatives
- Work together on how to support wards and encourage unregistered and less active youth to register (see
