Temple Cards

This was the first temple in Australia.

The eucalyptus trees on the grounds are green all year.

President Gordon B. Hinckley presided at the groundbreaking in 1996 and the dedication in 1999.

The king and queen of Spain attended the open house.

President Hinckley gave them a small statue of Jesus Christ as a gift.

This temple is surrounded by tropical plants.

In the city nearby is a statue of Jesus Christ standing on top of the earth to show that He is the Savior of the world.

Many designs include the flor de izote, El Salvador’s national flower.
