“Tropical Salad,” Friend, May 1994, 32

Tropical Salad

1 can (20 ounces/567 g) pineapple chunks (do not drain)

2 bananas, sliced

1 cup shredded coconut

1 can (11 ounces/312 g) mandarin oranges, drained

1 can (16 ounces/454 g) fruit cocktail (do not drain)

1 package (3 3/4 ounces/106 g) instant lemon pudding mix

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients except the pudding mix.

  2. Stirring slowly, sprinkle the pudding mix into the fruit mixture. Let it stand for five minutes before serving.
