A Ducky Poem

By Beth Ann Pierce Robinson

Waddle, waddle,

Quack, quack—

Silly ducks

Make me laugh!

Pick and peck

Grain and grass;

Gobble, slurp

Slimy worms;

Mud and dirt,

Flap, flap,

Splish and splash,

Dunk and dive

In the duckies’ pool;

Chase the pup;

The sun is up—

Waddle, waddle,

Quack, quack!
