Stake FSY Representative

In stakes where a representative is not assigned, the responsibilities typically fall under the purview of the stake Young Men and stake Young Women leaders. They would then be responsible for assigning the following tasks out.

When a stake FSY representative is called, they should assist the stake Young Men and stake Young Women presidents in their duties as instructed. This may include supporting and coaching ward FSY representatives by answering their questions, and ensuring they are well-prepared. Additionally, stake FSY representatives should assist stake Young Men and stake Young Women leaders in reviewing ward youth reports and actively encouraging wards with low registration percentages to increase their participation.
