What will it be like when Jesus comes?

Have you ever thought about what it will look like when the Savior returns and reigns on the earth during the Millennium? Visualizing these and other events can help you feel excitement for the Savior’s Second Coming and millennial reign.

If it’s available, listen to the following statement by Elder Neil L. Andersen of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles. As you listen, close your eyes and imagine seeing the details he shares. If you cannot listen to Elder Andersen, read his statement and then close your eyes and imagine the events.

15:32
Elder Neil L. Andersen

The thought of His coming stirs my soul. It will be breathtaking! The scope and grandeur, the vastness and magnificence, will exceed anything mortal eyes have ever seen or experienced.

… He will appear “in the clouds of heaven, clothed with power and great glory; with all the holy angels” (Doctrine and Covenants 45:44).

… We will kneel in reverence, “and the Lord shall utter his voice, and all the ends of the earth shall hear it” (Doctrine and Covenants 45:49). …

There will be unforgettable reunions with the angels of heaven and the Saints upon the earth (see Moses 7:63). But most important, as Isaiah declares, “All the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God,” (Isaiah 52:10) and He “shall reign over all flesh” (Doctrine and Covenants 133:25).
