Easy Cheesy Bean Dip

1 can (16 oz/450 g) refried beans

2 avocados

1/4 cup (65 g) salsa

1 cup (225 g) sour cream

2 cups (240 g) shredded cheese

optional toppings: sliced tomatoes, green onions, or black olives

tortilla chips
If you don’t have some of these ingredients, you can use ingredients from where you live! If you don’t have refried beans, you can mash up black beans with some garlic salt.

Spread refried beans in an even layer in an 8-inch (20-cm) square pan or something similar.

In a medium bowl, mash avocados with half of the salsa. Now spread it on top of the beans.

Mix sour cream and the rest of the salsa together. Spread it on top of the avocado.

Sprinkle cheese on and add optional toppings.

Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
