Fruit “Soup”

1 cup orange juice

1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

1/2 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 banana, cut into bite-size pieces

3/4 cup berries—any kind, fresh or frozen-and-thawed (including the juice)

Gently stir everything together till well blended. Enjoy!
