Splash of Color

To make a colorful design, you will need: old newspaper, a sheet of white paper, several small scraps of colored tissue or crepe paper, and a spray bottle with water in it.

Put the white paper on the newspaper, Then, using the scraps, create a design on the white paper, Very gently spray the scraps with water; let dry thoroughly, then remove the scraps,
