Inside/Outside Bat and Ball
To make bat and ball, you will need: newspaper—or long cardboard tube and tissue paper—and tape.

Roll newspaper up—or wrap tissue paper around tube—and secure with tape.

Scrunch one or two sheets of newspaper—or tissue paper—into ball, then lightly wrap one or two pieces of tape around ball to help it hold its shape.
