Before addressing any issue you might have in streaming content, first refresh your browser. Minor problems will often be fixed with this approach.
At the bottom of your viewing screen, there are several icons. Click the headphones icon. This will bring up a list of available languages. Select the language you prefer.
Captions are entered separately and can sometimes take up to a minute or so to display.
At this time, captions are only available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
The streams are split into two separate video and audio feeds. Sometimes events with multiple language selections can interrupt the alignment of audio and video, resulting in an A/V mismatch. Refreshing your page will often fix the problem. You can also try using a different browser (Chrome and Firefox are most consistent) or a different device.

Finally, if you’re interested in viewing other downloadable broadcasts, click “Broadcasts Archive” at the top right corner just below the search icon. There you’ll see a dropdown menu with a list of other broadcasts to view and download.
