About This Issue
This Month’s Theme: Mental Health
Hey there, amazing readers.
First of all, we love you, the Savior loves you, and I hope you feel that love as you read this issue.
If you’re reading this, chances are you’re a human being, which means you’ve probably gone through something difficult at one time or another.
If that’s the case, then there is definitely something in this month’s issue that you will relate to—because everybody in the world experience sadness, temptations, fears, and more. Poor mental health often magnifies already-existing challenges, and the Savior is very aware of the effects it can have on people.
I am one of many people who struggle with mental illness, and while it is difficult, my experiences have taught me that turning to the Savior is always the most important part of any healing process. He can help us, especially when we use the spiritual and temporal tools available to us.
No matter what you’re struggling with, turning to Him and truly considering what He would have you do will provide hope and strength to move forward. I have seen, countless times, the power He offers us.
