Doctrinal mastery can help you build your life’s foundation on Jesus Christ and His gospel. This lesson can help you understand doctrinal mastery passages. It can also help you apply the principles of acquiring spiritual knowledge.
Review the Doctrine
Think of a time when you read a scripture and it was confusing. How did you react when this happened? Why do you think Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ are happy when we try to understand scripture?
It is normal not to understand everything in the scriptures. With time and with practice, your ability to understand the scriptures will increase.
Review the doctrinal mastery passages you have studied so far. Choose one that you would like to understand better.
