Jeremiah 1–3; 7; 16–18; 20

Overview

Jeremiah was ordained before this life to serve as a prophet. His message was to the Jews to repent of their wicked ways so the Savior could heal them. He prophesied the miraculous gathering of Israel in the latter days.

When students consider their own experiences and personal feelings about gospel truths, they will be more likely to feel the Holy Ghost testify of the truths they are learning. An example of creating these opportunities can be found in Lesson 133: “Assess Your Learning 8.”

For more on how the Savior did this, see “The Savior Provided Opportunities for People to Be Taught by the Holy Ghost” (Teaching in the Savior’s Way [2022], 17–18).
