Teach Me about the Sacrament

Before Jesus Christ died, He had a special meal with His disciples. He told them it was a way they could always remember Him.

When we go to church, we have the sacrament too. It helps us always remember Jesus Christ.

We eat a small piece of bread and drink a small cup of water. When we take the sacrament, we can think of how we will follow Jesus.
