A Prophet

A prophet is a man of God;

He says what we should do.

Revelation comes through him—

God’s words to me and you.

He leads the church of God on Earth

In this the latter day.

He knows what we should do, because

God tells him what to say.

And if we listen to his words

And live the best we may,

Then we can all return to God

And live with Him someday.
