With more than 100,000 in-person guests attending the two days of general conference, and millions watching the live broadcast of the event worldwide, countless things need to go right to create the deeply spiritual and memorable experience that general conference brings. In this episode, we offer a high-level sneak peek at the work and dedication of the team that produces the broadcast of General Conference. For almost five months prior to each session of General Conference, a team meticulously plans every detail to ensure that the broadcast runs smoothly. Broadcasting General Conference has been a labor of love for over 100 years with a goal to reach every heart and home. It involves managing a large team of professionals responsible for lighting, audio, photography, and other areas.
