Jesus establishes His sacrament among people of Ancient America.  The Lord blesses bread and wine and administers the sacrament in remembrance of His body and His blood, which was shed for all people.

Jesus breaks bread and blesses it and commands His disciples and the multitude to eat it in remembrance of His body. He instructs them to always do this.

Jesus blesses the wine and commands His disciples and the multitude to drink it in remembrance of His blood. He commands them to always remember Him so they may have His Spirit.

Jesus commands the people to watch and pray always and to meet together often. He commands His disciples to not let anyone partake of the sacrament unworthily.

Jesus gives each of His chosen disciples power to give the Holy Ghost. He then ascends into heaven.
